It requires moist, well-drained soil with full to partial sun exposure. This crab has medium green small leaves. It has bright red buds that open into single white flowers. It will produce bright red crabapples that will last through the winter months feeding the wildlife.

A slow-growing dwarf tree that does well in partial to full sun will be a great accent to a patio, along the edge of a home, or to line a driveway. This tree does need regular watering.
